A revolutionary milestone in the pet segment. We introduced express pet delivery with Super zoo.

Super zoo, the Czech market leader in pet supplies, is always taking pet care to the next level, making it an innovator in customer service. It recently introduced a brand new service – express delivery right to your door within specific time slots, and we couldn’t miss out on it.

 

At a press conference, we helped our client present a convenient solution to a model situation where pet food or litter suddenly runs out. We showed that express delivery of pet supplies in all regions of the country
is more than “just” a service—it is the beginning of a new era of convenient shopping for pet owners.
We invited representatives of the main Czech economic and news editorial offices, as well as industry media for pet owners. The audience was also joined by influencers.

 

DELIVERY DEMONSTRATION AND EXTRA GIFTS

We decided to present the service with a practical demonstration of express delivery of treats ordered
for canine visitors. Everything was ordered and delivered by courier in real time during the press conference. Visitors could follow the courier’s route, including the estimated time of arrival, on a screen using a special application. Our goal was to surprise and excite the audience and showcase a new standard of service.

In cooperation with the client, we also carefully prepared information-packed materials, including data from a recent in-depth survey of preferences and trends among pet owners. We supplemented the press pack with an expert interview and a profile of the main spokesperson, Super zoo e-commerce director
Pavel Kopřiva.

In addition to the main messages, we also placed great emphasis on the choice of venue, which was perfectly fulfilled by the modern Truhlárna Karlín space: stylish, airy, and welcoming, but above all
pet-friendly, as pets also attended the presentation of the new service. We created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere with an emphasis on visual branding and details.

 

THE RESULT? A WAVE OF POSITIVE REACTIONS

The press conference delivered exactly what we wanted – the media and influencers left with a clear idea
of how big a step the new express delivery service is for the Czech pet segment. And more importantly, they got inspired on how to continue talking and writing about the service. Reports on the new service appeared in the media almost immediately. Both mainstream media and specialized websites wrote about how Super zoo is truly setting trends.
