In June, we organized a special meeting with lifestyle journalists for Bohemilk Opočno which was held in the summer spirit – barbecuing and discovering new flavors. The aim was to introduce the star product for the upcoming barbecue season—Pányr cheese. The event was not only about tasting but also provided a culinary experience provided by a special guest.

 

The culinary show was presented by Honza Albrecht, the winner of the MasterChef 2023 competition. Exclusively for this event, he created three original recipes in which Panýr cheese played the leading role. Guests had the opportunity not only to watch its preparation but also to taste unusual combinations of flavors that showed the product in a completely new light. The event provided inspiration for summer cooking and a space for sharing tips and experience by one of the best young Czech chefs.

The program also included a presentation of new products from the Bohemilk Opočno brand that was introduced to participants by a company representative. Journalists gained a comprehensive overview – from traditional products to new items and culinary tips presented by a professional chef. The entire event confirmed that Bohemilk Opočno is able to combine quality, tradition, and a modern approach to gastronomy into one powerful story. At the end, we gave journalists a press kit with a whole range of delicacies so that they could experiment with flavors at home.

 

The event took place in a relaxed atmosphere at the Gabriel bar in Prague. Diverse flavors, imaginative recipes, and pleasant seating were complemented by stylish neo-Romanesque architecture in the background.
